03 Ram 1500 Lights Issue

I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500, ST, 4x4, 4.7 Magnum. I have the "bulb out" message, and the entire passenger
(right) side lights are not working other than my low beam. No turn signal, no tail lights, no brake light on right side, even my right license plate is out. I've replaced all fuses and relays. Even replaced the FCM and cleaned and made sure all connections where properly connected. I'm not sure what else to try. All the bulbs are new and the headlight has a whole new assembly. Any advice is appreciated, thank you!
