I found some polished aluminum 20" wheels that date back to the 05 Ram 1500 will they fit my 2012 Ram 1500 Express?

yeah fit no problem.you can pick those flower peddle design up pretty cheap used they were on 03-50 20 inch stock.my 04 slt has them.they sell for 250-700 for all 4 depending on what rubber is on them

was suppose to read 03-05. also what are you thinking about tire pressure sensors the flower peddle design didnt come with them so you may have to spend xtra having some installed on each wheel i guess,if that matters in your search

Can I use my sensors from my silver painted 20" that came on the truck?

i dont have sensors but i believe some sensors are a piece attached inside of rim not just a screw on cap style so im not sure if yours is removable,and can somehow attached to the new rims.

As far as I remember I think you can. I picked up different wheels from discount tire when I got new tires and they did something like a TPMS rebuild kit so I could retain my sensors.
