hi guy's. here's my dilema girlfriends 05 1500 4x4 lifted 35 12.5 20 tires hub bearing failed. she ordered the wrong hub assembly for abs her's does not have abs. can i install these and just remove the wires or is this truck gonna have to wait another week for the right parts? im only asking cause we really need this thing up an motoring again. so any help is greatly apreciated by the way merry xmas to all.

So, since no one else chimed in, I'll give you my observation. I have a 2004 1500 4x4 quad cab with rear ABS only. My son just replaced my front bearings and found the the old bad bearing was indeed an ABS version with the wires cut off leaving about a half inch. Seemed to work fine until it needed replacement. Do not know if it was factory or if it was replaced before. You must have the sensor installed in the bearing as the internals are exposed with it removed.:4-looney:
If it were me, get the correct part. I got mine in 48 hours from order to it being on my door step. www.rockauto.com
BTW, on rear ABS only, the left front has a speed sensor and the right front does not.
