Went to the track today to see how my truck would run and was suprised at how good the truck did. The only upgrade i have made to the truck is a magnaflow muffler. it is a rcsb express with 3.55 gears. The temp was about 50 degrees air was good traction not so good. Best 60 ft was 2.13 but was not my best pass.

best pass
2.184 60ft
6.049 330ft
9.259 660ft
77.55 mph

Now i really want to do some mods to this thing. Thinking of some 17'' wheels with drag radials and lowering it.

Do it and let us know! Man those little full size trucks really fly! It would be interesting to have seen if you could have gone9.0s with the 392 gear set

Depending on the weather i may go back this weekend drop some air out of the rear tires and see if i can get 60 ft down. But i know the air temp will not be as good.

I really dont think the 3.92s would make much differance in the 1/8th. Mine has them and my time slip looks just like yours. 9.29at 77.22.
I think if you use 2nd prime your times will drop. It really feels better in mine when I force it to use 2nd. If you dont the tranny will shift from 1st to 3rd (2nd over). I didnt know you could force it to use 2nd prime on the 9.29 run. I will try it next time out.

Doesn't it shift from 1st to 2nd on the up shift while skipping 3rd unless you select 3 on the shift readout?

It shifts 1st to 3rd then 4th,5th,6th on up shifts. If you force it to 2 then it will use the shorter 2nd gear. I so hate they call this tranny a 6 speed lol. I guess they had to with the ERC mode.

So 1st is 3.00
2nd is 1.67
3rd is 1.50
4th is 1.00
5th is .75
6th is .67 Your saying on a 2012 it shifts from a 3.00 to a 1.50 on an upshift and goes past the 1.50 all the way to a 1.67 for a downshift? I think you got it backwards. If you set the selector in 3 it will go through 1st, 2nd and third. If you leave it in drive it will go from 1st, 2nd and then 4th skipping 3rd because it is for kickdown/passing gear.

You are right man lol. This "6speed" has got me all confused. I swear when I put the ERC in 2 it just feels quicker on the shifts. It also lets it rev out more.

Yea this 5 speed/2nd prime, 6 speed stuff does get a little confusing. But what I really notice when putting the selector in 3 is how hard my Tradesman pulls past 95mph in 3rd as apposed to shifting from 2nd to 4th when in drive. All Dodge needs to do is make 2nd about a 1.85 and 3rd about a 1.35. I'm just chomping at the bit for a tuner for both my trucks.
