2021 1500 5.7 HEMI bighorn quad cab
Tuesday: truck would not start, charged battery, truck ignition switched to accesory and then run without me touching the button, after few attempts truck started
Wednesday: Truck started fine. ran errands. Later that night i noticed the display on the dash "press brake and push button to start" i checked all lights and switches were off
Thursday: truck wont start, hook up the charger, call the dealership, explain issue. in an attempt to start- bumped the charger to 12amps, push break pedal and ignition, TRUCK STARTS
runs ok for a few minutes then
looses communication to TPMS
Service shifter message
service stability control message
high idle
shut down truck
disconnect battery,
attempt restart, fail for hours
later in the day started by some miracle,
same issues
TPMS
Stability control
Test drove steering felt tighter than usual
Parked it, radiator fan running loud (its currently 32*f outside)
Let it run for 6 hours, radiator fan still running, still having electric issues
Shut down for the night (didnt want to bother the neighbors)
Friday: Truck wont start, Replaced battery. Still no start
Ignition switch flickering "off" position.
Repeatedly fail to start. checked fuses switched relays still nothing
Any ideas?
