Benny,

I recently purchased my '16 Ram 1500 Lonestar 5.7 V8 Hemi and noticed the instrument cluster lens had cracks on the bottom. Wanting to find a replacement lens/mask but not sure what part number it is. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, will unplugging the cluster while swapping the lens cause my truck information to be erased? Or will it all be there when I plug it back in.

Thanks!

Sure please message me your VIN and we will get you setup with a replacement. No you'll be just fine.

Hey guys. I saw this post and contacted Mopar with similar questions. I got the replacement part quote, but then asked the question.. “if the cluster is removed, will it effect data stored?” The response I got was “I’m not sure, check local dealership”. Well in these crazy times the service and technicians are hard to get a hold of. Acaffey, did it mess anything up for you?

Data is stored in multiple modules and does not get wiped out. If you are replacing a cluster the info will repopulate however it may need to be configured to your VIN by your dealer for all options to function correctly.
