I assume you mean the flasher? Does the rear light do the same thing? The flasher (if not HD) works off of amp load, So if one light(rear) is out(not working) there is not enough amp load for the flasher to "flash".

I bought this truck 2 weeks ago, replaced all the bulbs in it and noticed the front passenger turn signal does not work. When I turn the lights on it will turn on but the turn signal will not blink. It works on all the other lights. Fuse is good from what I tested, tried changing thermal fuse as well with same result, any advice would be greatly appreciated! Truck has the 5.2L Magnum idk if that makes a difference or not.

Yes sir the flasher, the rear one works fine it's only the front passenger side that does not.
