hey i have a 1996 dodge ram and here is the problem when i tie in the batt it always as power to the ignition even without the key in it, the starter would turn over so it fryed the starter, with an other starter in it still doing the same thing until i pull the ing/run fuse the everything stop until i use the key then the lights and stuff go on strarter still wont turn take the key out and everything turn off, but put the ing/run fuse back in and everything goes back on by itself

help please not sure what to look for anymore

It sounds to me like the starter relay is fused together.

Since you replaced the starter I'd think it rules that out.

Only other thing I can think of is the ignition switch (not cylinder) on the lower column.
