I recently bought a '98 Ram 1500. Currently, only my rear turn signals work, unless I turn my headlights on, at which point none of my turn signals work; it doesn't even make the clicking sound in the dashboard.

I've already replaced all the bulbs [switched to LEDs] to rule out a bad bulb issue.
Replaced the turn signal flasher relay.
All the fuses are good.
I'm a little iffy about the wiring; it clearly had fog lights and a light bar/some sort of after market lights if the number of wires leading to connectors and/or sockets that aren't connected to anything or empty are anything to go by. Any loose wires, I've taped up the ends on them to make sure they're not touching anything they shouldn't, but I'm thinking one of them may be a ground wire that the ring has broken off of.

Any ideas/advice/diagrams would be totally appreciated.

I wonder if the LED's could be the problem. I know on the newer trucks they can cause all kinds of havoc. Not sure about on older trucks.
I tried regular bulbs first, and still had the exact same issue. I switched to LEDs because the housings for my lights are all tinted, and I felt the bulbs were too dim, based off the brightness of my headlights. But the aftermarket housings are LED compatible, as are the sockets and everything. The truck battery is relatively new as well. The gauge sits at 12-14 as soon as you turn the key, and the needle doesn’t move when you turn the headlights on, so I don't think they're drawing too much power.

If your 98 is like my 99 was you can eliminate your hyperflash with and at the flasher . I think JDM on Amazon sells a # 27 and you plug that in and you’ll need zero resistors even if it’s all LED .
