Hello,
New to Rams. Need some help here.
I have a 1999 Ram 2500 V10 8.0L with 115k miles. It is an SLT Laramie longbed that I recently purchased. The engine is smooth as can be. Not sure what type of automatic transmission it has, but it does have overdrive. It appears to have an issue with the transmission. It jerks harshly when goes into reverse or into drive. It is a bit hard to put in park and at times hard to know what gear it's in. Sometimes the jerk into reverse or drive is very soft other times hard. it does not feel like a slip. Anyone else have this issue that can help. Thank you, Ed
