Just picked this system up from a member on another board. That saved me close to 250 bucks. This will allow me to go Fox coilovers if I wish. I do very little offroading, but do drive railroad right of way as well as highway right of way (basically drive in a lot of ditches) as a fiber optic locator. I do drive a lot of highway miles (my 12 has 80000 on it) and looking for your experiences with Fox and the Bilsteins.

Bilsteins are great and you will not regret them for one moment. That said, if you can afford them go with Fox. I didn't know their coil overs existed when I got my Bilsteins almost three years ago. I don't do pure off road. Nasty back country USFS and BLM roads in the Mojave Desert and Sierra Nevada mountains. The Bilsteins are great but I wish I had the Fox.

My original plan was Bilsteins when I bought it, but knew I was gonna rack crazy miles up on it. Decided to wait a year and do ball joints and the Bilsteins together. The more I have read about ball joint issues, decided to just go all the way. With the half price UCA lift, the foxes are within my grasp. I can't go aggressive tires, as I put WAY to many miles on the truck to afford 2 sets a year. Got 60000 out of the original Goodyears, and the takeoffs I bought from a friend are doing OK, but doubt they are gonna get much over 50.

Sounds like you have thought this out pretty well. Good luck to you.
