I've been doing searches for lift kits and haven't come across any.

Uhh.. exactly where are you doing these searches?

I just googled 2000 2WD RAM LIFT and numerous first page real lift kits appeared. It took seconds.

The first link when googling that goes to performancelifts.com which shows the discontinued Doetsch-Tech lifts.. I guess up there for historical record or something. Doetsch also lists them on their website, might be worth contacting them directly to see if they're available. http://www.doetsch-shocks.com/16.asp
