If the rear end has limited slip option you may be feeling the rear tires slipping as you turn, if you turn to the right it will be the right rear if you turn to the left it will be the left rear, that is the clutches letting the inside wheel slip. My 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Laramie Ecodiesel has limited slip and every time I turn onto the main road from the street near my house the right tire slips as I make the right turn. You can try some limited slip additive for the rear end, it only takes a little bit of additive. My old Pontiac Firebird Formula WS-6 Ram Air package had the GM Posi-Trac rear end and if you did not add the 2 or 3 ounces of the GM limited slip additive it would crunch and grind and sound like the rear end was ready to fall out every time you made a turn.
