I recently purchased an 03 Ram and I love it (except for the mpg), the PO had done some nice upgrades: Magnaflow dual exhaust, Superchip power programmer, Airaid cold air intake and spacer.

Anyway as I understand it the stock hp is around 345, any guesstimates of how much power I have now?

At the flywheel, which is the 345 HP measurement, you can add 20 conservatively.

you'll be disappointed with the real wheel hp as there is so much drivetrain loss. If I were to guess I'd say your about 295hp at the wheels... and you can lose the tb spacer, doesn't do our trucks any good unless you make a nitrous plate out of it... the spacer is only there because the cai needs the spacing for fitment..

20 extra HP or 295 at the rear wheel is impressive, my last truck was a 1995 Toyota T100 with the 3.4L (great truck), it's all good when all the add-ons are free.
