ok i own a 2003 dodge ram hemi QC 4x4 i have 33x12.5r20 with a two inch leveling kit sc programmer and cold air intake well my question is what would i have to do to beat my uncles 2009 2wd crew cab hemi in a 1/4 mile race his just has a magnaflow muffler and a k&n intake. i really want to race him but i still think he will win. any suggestions help thanks

you can start by bolt ons. Full exhaust including headers, cai, and tune. Weight reduction. Electric fan convertion might free up some power. If you really wanna take the win drop a cam in it.

do you really think i would need a cam to beat him i was thinking just some boltons as he has nothing done to it other then just a drop in k&n filter

In my opinion full exhuast system a good one a tb but to do the job for sure for sure either cam or nos bucause if you do e fan, sonnax, ud pulley ,upgraded ignition system(msd) will do it even with just a pick of one or two of those mods i listed. but for a quicker for sure way is spray!
