It started about a month ago, sitting in a drive through, engine overheated. I checked, coolant was empty. I added about a galon of coolant everything was fine. Since then I have had to add about a gallon to it.

Today valves started rattling, engine 2 quarts low. Filled it up after a minute or two the rattle went away. I change my oil religiously (Valvoline Maxlife 5W30 the red bottle)

I opened the radiator cap while the engine was stone cold, it spewed about a 1/3 of a quart of coolant out.

P.S.Noe of the oil or coolant is leaking on the ground.

Anyone have any ideas as to what is wrong?

I'm guessing he means 79,800 ish.... that is kind of surprising to me that the head gasket is gone with that few of miles.

Overheating will blow the head gasket almost every time. Aftermarket really needs to produce some good 3 or 4 core all aluminum radiators to keep everything cool. Flex a lit 183 e fan definitely helps here too.
