Hi, I just tried to install a FM direct adapter for my Sirius Sportster 5, and to install it, I have to unplug the radio antenna from the factory radio and plug it into the adapter, which then has another antenna plug that goes into the truck's radio. It also has a cable coming off of it to plug into my satellite radio, allowing it to directly transmit to my truck's radio. When i pulled the factory radio, I was surprised to see that the antenna cable wasn't one I was familiar with. It had an odd attachment, one I have not seen before. The adapter's plug that's supposed to plug into the antenna port on the factory radio doesn't fit. I was wondering if anybody has any experience with this issue or knows how I can connect my satellite radio? Thanks.

The Ram has a "European" style antenna. I'm not sure if you can order the sirius with that style of plug or not, but you can just go online and oder the adapter as if you were changing out the head unit I suppose. It's like $20.
