Hello everyone I’m new to this forum but been an owner of Dodge Vehicles for more than 30 years and have never had any major issues until the other evening,
2007 Dodge 1500 Laramie 5.7L 4x4 62,000 Km, I was driving home in a blinding snow storm the roads where terrible lots of snow and slush and icy, the electronic stability program (ESP) kicked in and of course the truck went into deceleration mode then the Airbag indicator light came on also the SERV 4WD indicator light came on also the 4x4 indicator started to flash. I slowed down and pulled over to the side of the Hwy to check things over very thing seemed to be fine I turned the engine off and restarted with only a few km to get home I headed home. They only thing was blinking was my 4x4 indicator everything else seemed to be Ok. I manage to get home ok parked my truck on the drive way. Few hrs later I jumped into my truck and move it onto the street to do some snow blowing of the driveway when I came back to the truck it would not start and I smelt some plastic burning? Did a visual but could not see anything out of the ordinary? Has anyone experienced this Phenomenon?
I welcome everyone’s input thanks Norm
