So, my 2010 dodge ram 1500 TRX4 is sitting at the dealer after losing its mind. After driving it from work to home during a crazy rain storm, my wife experienced a bunch of problems with the truck The dealer said there are 29 different codes stored and all at the same mileage when my wife experienced it.

I got the truck with 68,000 miles and it currently has around 80K and haven't had a minutes problem with it. I have had it out in the mud a couple times (last year) and drove it in the rain a few times. Even washed under the hood several months ago and never had any issues.

She stopped in the road to back up into our driveway and here's what happened:

ABS brake light came on, then the gas light, then all of the lights on the dash lit up. The wipers wouldn't cut off and the windows wouldn't go down.

I get home a half hour later and go outside and start the truck and find it still doing the same things. I disconnect the battery thinking this would reset whatever (old way of thinking) and nothing, still did it.

I get in it the next day, stopped raining about 8 hours before, and started it up with no lights, the wipers were off. I did try the windows and the driver window wanted act intermittent.

The dealer is having a hell of a time trying to duplicate the problem. I need some help if anyone here has had similar situation.

I had my battery go flat once because one of my crew left the key in acc mode all weekend. Like an idiot, I forgot to disconnect ground and put my big battery charger on it. I was in a hurry and tried to start it too soon, so put the charger in the 200 amp "start mode". It started fine, I drove it for about 10 miles then all kinds of hell broke out, truck eventually died. I had it towed to the dealer. Next morning, dealer says come and get it, it's fine. Never bothered since! Oh, one time I left window down and it rained hard, shorting out the window switch, door kept locking and unlocking, window kept going up and down. Drove it 25 miles to dealer with heater on, by the time I got there it had fixed itself. I guess Rams have supernatural healing powers!

Having same issue with all the idiot lights coming on and the alert bell dinging, will also drop speedo and tach gauges to 0 and then right back up to proper speed and RPMs. Truck continues to run fine while the dash does this, sometimes 30-40 times in a row. Had it checked at local dealership, was told it was the TIPM, and though it controls all electronics in the vehicle it's not covered under my extended warranty which covers power train and electrical.
