Does anyone know the best way to improve the light output from the headlights on a 2011 Express, it has the single bulb and the low beams are OK, but the high beams are weak...some of the worst I've seen. Has anyone tried and found a better bulb to use?

I would try adjusting the headlights up just one turn. Also I bought the ultra brights from autozone, they made a nice improvement to me.

If you want to stay with Halogens there are a whack of different bulbs to try. The Sylvania Silverstar xZe's are supposed to be very good. PIAA's are my personal favourite but they are pricey. The best upgrade would be to go with projectors and HID's if it's in your budget.

I agree with Stump3r, I've had the silverstars on my old truck and they were good for halogens. For a little bit more you can get a set HIDs. It all depends on your budget and how bright you want them.
