2011 RAM 1500 4.7L 4x4 rusted front sway bar

Was doing front brakes and seen this. Anyone else experience the front sway bar rusting where it's pinched for the end link mount hole? There is like 5 or 6 different replacements, I'm thinking about removing and welding it
