2011 RAM 1500 helppp

I just got my 6 inch rough country lift for my 2011 RAM 1500 and i wanted to drop down to 17 inch rims, does anyone know if it will work? I put a 17 inch rim on it today and everthing clears, the rotor and brake caliber is actually smaller then the 3rd Gens. pulled one of my dads truck. but with the lift on it says that the 20s will rub without the 1/4 inch spacer, if i get a decent back spacing and offset rims, think they will work with the lift? :sad:

I do believe a 17" wheel is the smallest you can go and still clear brakes, rotors, etc. I could be wrong though...

Beyond that, with the proper backspace and tire size, you're good to go.

correct! You most definately can run a 17. A lot of guys on here run the 17s with lift for the additional sidewall on a 35" tire.

like furock said, just make sure you have the correct offset/spacers installed and you won't have any issues!
