First of all the radio has to work with the HIGH CAN BUS system ( Controller Area Network )

I have heard that you can buy an adapter to make it work, but i don't know for sure

Bezels can be found at both of these sites
www.installer.com & www.crutchfield.com

If you go to a shop, they can hook up any stereo into your truck without it being a high speed bus radio, all they do is rob a switched power, thats the way mine is done, no adapter needed, no issues..................I had mine installed at my dealer, from single to dbl din, he had a kit, and it looks factory.............

You can get the bezel from scoche and the wiring adapters from pac. Here's what I have on order from sonic elecronics.

1. PAC C2R-CHY4
2. PAC SWI-CAN2
3. PAC SWI-RC
4. Audiovox CMOS2
5. Pioneer AVIC-Z130BT_
6. Scosche CR1291B / CR1291
7. Scosche VWA3 / VWA3B

I am in same boat, looking to have double din vs 1.5din, as I just ordered pioneer avh-p4300dvd. And all of these posts listed above with links only provide double din kits, NOT actual dash bevel replacements. People who have the factory 1.5din dash have to either cut up their dash or buy a brand new dash. Like you can not just slide a DD kit into the smaller hole and hope it fits(thats what she said)... you have to modify it or find somewhere to buy a brand new dash(probably parts department at local dodge dealership)

You don't need anything from the dealer. The bezel kit by scorched deals with the extra length of the hole and the trimming needed is UNDER the bezel. You have to trim the metal baracket and a bit of the plastic dash under there. Do a search on here there are several threads. Check the knowledge base.
