2013 1500 Quad Cab Headliner removal

Does anyone have instructions or dare I ask a video for how to remove the headliner in my 2013 1500 Quad Cab? The rattle or tapping noise is a result of something in my headliner hitting the roof of my cab. I can pinpoint the spot and want to install dynamat to resolve.

I did it on my 03. Had to romove both front pillers and sun visors. THe clothing hooks also and I believe some side trim also. I did it to install a factory dvd in the roof for the kids.
