Hello all! I am here to get some feedback from anyone who may be able to help! I bought my truck brand new from a well known dealer in Seminole Florida. I must say I absolutely love my truck however it has been in and out of the dealerships shop that I purchased it from 8 times! The transmission in the truck down shifts hard and late! I also have a popping noise that has been coming from the front drivers side and steering column or intermediate shaft! Every time I bring the truck in they have thrown parts at it! They have replaced the intermediate and drive shaft, wiring harnesses bolts and other various things which mask the problem and it still continues to do the same thing! The customer service has been horrible at said dealership and nothing has been fixed! I am at the point of do I start the lemon law process because everything is documented, I've called Chrysler had a claim number and nothing got fixed, do it privately sell it ! This is a serious issue that no one wants to take seriously!

Any answers would be helpful!! I can't wait to long as I'm running out of time and miles per lemon law!

That's too bad. The lemon law process might be a good thing to look into. If you're having this much trouble with it already it only going to get worse as the vehicle ages. You should file a complaint against the dealership with FCA, BBB and any other place you can. Give them a bad reviews on Yelp and every other social media site you can. Definitely look into the lemon law process and get away Fran that truck and into a good one as soon as you can.
