For Canadians specifically and Americans generally my 2014 Sport is supposed to have the Sport hood. To me it looks like an ordinary hood while I see other hoods that have the fake/non-functional scoops. I don't have pics so I am of little help that way but can anyone tell me if my truck should have the non functional scoops or a normal looking hood. If you have pics can you post them up. Thanks in advance.

The Sport hood is a $800.00 option even on the Sport models.
Unless the truck was ordered with the optional hood,good chance you have just a flat/normal hood
I added the Sport hood to mine,there's a couple pic's of it here.
If you do it through the dealer,the hood will set you back roughly $1100.00 ,then add painting to that,which will probably run you another $1,000.00,and if you buy everything underneath the hood from insulation pad to replacement factory decal,you'll be looking at close to another $400.00.
I had a little under $2400.00 into my Sport hood by the time it was on the truck,it's not cheap to add,unless you can find one used and your colour

Didn't like the Peformance Hood at first but is a unique feature of the Sport. Is fiberglass by the way (don't know how much weight is saved but is definitely less than a metal hood) and unfortunately scoops are non-functional.

The factory Sport hood is aluminium,not fibreglass.
After looking at window stickers on new 2014 Sport's today,the hood is now over $900.00 Canuck as a factory option

I just ordered the Duroflex MP-R fiberglass hood for my 2014 Sport. I will of course gently wrap and store my stock hood in case I change my mind.

Good idea. Replacement hoods are $$$$$ so even if you don't use it you can make good money selling it to someone who will still be saving money over buying a replacement from a dealer.
