Hello all I tried searching but I'm looking at a 2014 dodge ram sport black that is loaded. Only thing I see is a few bubbles on driver front fender by the hemi sign? Is this because of insulation in there causing the bubbles or a previous bad paint job on a fender bender. I don't want to buy a truck that is going to rust out, I had an 06 ram and had fender wells fixed because of rust. I want to go the dealer informed of potential issues and cost so maybe can haggle? Thanks everyone

This is a known common problem. Because of the placement of the sound proofing moisture, seems to collect between the fender and sound proofing. The fender is rusting from the inside out, so if you see bubbles you will soon see holes.
