Can someone please tell me if this is normal?!

In my opinion it is not, but I could be wrong... sometimes the ticking noise goes away but for the most part it's always there, and it's getting annoying! I have owned this truck for a month now...

Please watch the video (passenger side).

^^^^^^ Drain the oil and re-fill with Redline, Amsoil, Royal Purple, or black label Pennzoil synthetic (the SRT factory fill).

If it goes away after 30 seconds or less, it is the HEMI Tick & mine quieted down after i started using Full Synthetic motor oil

If it continues ticking after that, you may have broken manifold bolts

First time I hear it... my 2013 300c didnt have such thing, neither my 2002 Ram.

Yeah I did use Penzoil ultra platinum synthetic oil when I had my 300c

Sounds like an exhaust tick. Maybe loose manifold or header bolts
I guess we'll see when I change the oil...

It does go away sometimes to the point I cannot hear it.

manifold bolts, if they are broken, will reach a point when they make noise from start up to shut down
