The truck with be working the a Kaufman mini 5 double deck trailer.
Here are some specs
KAufman mini 5
G.V.W.R. 25,000 lb.
Empty trailer weight is 8,750 lb. This gives a 16,250 lb. load capacity.
Dovetail 5 ft. dove
Upper Deck:44 ft. with hydraulically lifted rear platform, with wireless remote
Coupler:2-5/16 in. 25,000 GVWR adjustable ball coupler or SAE 2 in. kingpin
Deck Length:44 ft. 10 in.

5th wheel or Goose neck hitch? By the 2 5/16" ball it sounds like you need a Goose neck hitch, not a 5th wheel.

Either way, B&W makes some of the nicest hitches out there. For your gen truck they make one that bolts in to the factory frame crossember with 6 bolts.

I have a 5th wheel and use a Hensley Trailer Saver. But if I had to go another brand, then B&W would be my choice.
I also have factory air in the rear but if I had to add bags they would be a Firestone-bag based kit.
