I have this same issue. Does anyone know where to find these parts? Clipsandfasterners doesn't have Ram anything.

i took panel off put a couple self tapping screws thru the white plastic fasterners drilled small pilot hole first. it worked out okay like new

 

Planning on the same. If I can use aluminum rivets I'll go that route.

 

Took my panel off, 2 of the plastic rivets heads were broken off. I drilled a new hole through those garbage white plastic rivets and put a couple aluminum rivets with washers. Then threw a couple screws in around them. Now just waiting of the passenger door to fall apart to do the same. Handle seems a lot better now.

 

Here was my fix. The design of the arm rests is garbage for a $50k truck... not going to have any issues anymore.

 

Do you remember what size screw you used?

 

Here is my fix for the arm rest on my 17 Sport. I used two flat counter-sink type screws. The plastic rivets fell off. I am pleased once again.
