Hey Benny,

Hope you've been well. I've picked up a 2018 1500 regular cab sport night edition, VIN 3C6JR7CT6JG146576. I'm powder coating my old sport rims black, so I need to strip them down and remove the TPMS sensors and valve stems.

I've got some TPMS sensors out of my 2014 that I'm wondering if they will work with my new truck (PN 68249197AA & 682397020AB), and if they do, I need the actual valve stems that the sensor screw into. It would appear that you can't take them out without ruining them, so I need 4 of them.

See Picture Here

If they don't fit, I need the part number for some 2018 TPMS sensors.

Thanks,

Not sure of the right answer but My 2016 uses the same TPMS PN 68249197AA. When I went from 20" to 17" wheels they merely unscrewed them off the valve stem and placed the same way on the 17" wheels

Congrats on the new ride Connor!

The new Ram uses the 68249197AA but the thing is I cannot guarantee it is backwards compatible with the older numbers 68239720XX

The valve stem # is 68206635AB

Let me know if you have any other questions,
Benny

Awesome thanks Benny! I'll probably just order new sensors. While I'm assuming the other PN work, it will be a big pain to do all the work only to have to pull them back out if they don't.

Do you happen to know what year 682397020xx fits other than 14 Rams?

Also I think I already know the answer, but does Ram still not sell a tow hook surround for the sport bumpers?

Thanks again
