I bought a 2025 big horn six weeks ago. It's been in the shop for the last three weeks. Same dead battery issues. They are going to replace the alternator now but I don't think that will help. I did notice the start/stop wasn't working a few days after I picked truck up. Maybe realted?

I bought a 2025 ram 1500 big horn and at 907miles my battery died had it towed to them and they charged the battery then it died again so they replaced the battery I haven't had an issue with the battery since but I do have other problems mainly computer issues it's at the dealer now for a faulty strut and for them to figure out why the truck wants to pull me to the right unexpectedly
There is a 150amp fuse between the big and small battery. If that is blown, as it was on mine, truck will be dead. Mine is going back next week for left side steering wheel lights flashing.

It was fixed. There is a 150amp fuse between the two batteries(I have the 3 liter turbo 6). If the fuse blows the small battery won't charge. The small one controls all interior functions including start circuit. Big battery is for starting only. The fuse is on back order. The mechanic at the dealer went to NAPA and picked up a fuse and soldered it in. It's worked fine since.

I had the same issue. The dealer told me the small battery runs all the interior stuff and possibly start button too but he wasn't sure. He said to keep a jumper in the truck to connect positive leads if it has to be jumped
