Recently I tried to put my air suspension equiped 6.4 hemi 2500 into tow mode and received the following message "Ride height selected unavailable - payload too light". The truck would then not allow me to go into the 1" lower tow mode. There was nothing in the bed at all (except the weight of my new linex). I could not find a thing about the error message in the owners manual, very poor expericence with the know nothing "helper" at ram customer service - would not refer me to anyone who knew anything either just kept telling me to take it to the dealer, I had already been to the dealer where of course it worked fine, service manager has been "looking into it" for three days with no answer. Anyone have a similar error message with their air suspension system?

Along the same lines, I tow pretty heavy and need to lift the truck slightly with my trailer jack in order to get my hitch equalizer bars on before I tow. Wondering if doing this will freak out the air bag system and what mode it should be in to load the trailer. Of course nothing in the owners manaul and no answers from ram.......

Hate to say, but probably the lawyers wouldn't let the designers/engineers give any useful info. Sadly , between the government and azz hole lawyers, owners manuals are written so as to require a lawyer to translate. If you buy a weed wacker, check out the manual, massive.
