I need the forums opinion. I have a quadcab 05 2wd ram 1500. I used to have the 7" CST lift with 35" tires. I had it sitting stock out back so I can get the "prerunner" look. (I love the look)..... It sat about 2" high in the front and was mean lookin. I got over the lift so I lowered the truck with the beltech 2/5 kit, front is a 2"drop spring and the rear is a flip kit for the leafs. I also bought 22" wheels with some nice rubber and its been great. NOW IM OVER THE LOWERED LOOK:doh:.... I want my truck more.... Hmmm, how do I put this..... Useable, dirtable, beatable, and back to a truck that you do not need to worrie about pot holes or bad roads.

My question is this: I want to run 33x12.50x17 and want a 1" prerunner look (higher in the front 1").... Not a big lift tho..... Im thinking about leaving the front stock and lowering the rear 2-3"..... Will this work for me? Will the rubber clear all around?

I doubt it i have the 4 inch cst spindal and a 1.5 inch coil spacer and my 35s rub in reverse

ok too much lifted lowered talk in the same paragraph LOL so from the stock original height you will be lower than that correct? if so you are not going to clear 12.5 wide when turning, 33's yes, the truck came stock with 33's but it would need to sit probably higher in the front than it originally came (I.E. level kit) to clear a 12.5" wide tire IMO

maybe the 4x4 im pretty sure it came with 31s stock. 2wd with a 4 inch lift will clear 33s and a 4 inch lift on a 2wd is the same height as a stock 4x4.

i missed the part about his truck being a 2wd... the 4x4's came with 33's stock. either way I dont think he is going to fit what he wants under there
