Hey everyone !!!!!

I have a '94 4x4 with the 360 and the 36RH. I have a second tranny that i want to rebuild. Can anyone point me in the right direction for books, sites, etc???

Also, does any company offer upgrades parts to make this tranny stronger ??

Chrysler re-designated their transmissions in the 90's. The 36RH is more commonly known as the 727 Torqueflite. It goes back to 1962. Awesome unit with a legendary history. The big block version was used with all the big engines of the day, including the 440's and the 426 Hemi. It was the first automatic that could outrun an similarly equipped close ratio 4-speed manual. A couple sources I use are:
