2011 5.7 4x4 with 3.55 gears no LSD

Thinking I want 4.56 with a locking diff or LSD

Questioning
1. MPG
2. Acceleration
3. Locking or LSD
4. Which combo is the Best
5. What part of the warranty might i void/ is it really a big deal
6. Stock 20'' not looking to lift but future upgrade to a 22-24in rim
7. Not intended for off-roading

Any Insight would be greatly appreciated!!

Acceleration......UP
Mileage........DOWN, not bad if you don't go 80 on the freeway
I would look at the Detroit True-Trac, it's a mechanical LSD, no wear on friction plates

are you planning on racing it often at the drag strip then?
or pulling a 7,000 lb trailer?

you already said that you won't be going off road

those are the only reasons to have that low of a gear

Currently have 3.55 gears

Will not be doing any towing or drag strip time

However looking for a much better 0-60 time without adding a cam or charger/turbo

Don't want the one wheel wonder in the rain/snow

I dont' want to void every warranty hence the reason i bought a brand new truck

I've heard city mpg will go up with 4.56 gears and highway down a little depending on how fast your going.
