I haven't seen plugs that improve mpg (except those scam ones). Indexing plugs is a way to potentially get a tad more power though don't know if it helps mpg's though.

^I agree if you have the right plug then that's about as good as it gets. Now using a poor plug could negatively affect things, for example I put E3's in my s10 and had stumbly idle and poorer performance it seemed. Mpg also seemed slightly lower, I switched to the stock plugs and ran normal.

^In addition to what he said, heat ranges can make a slight difference in power I believe also though.

i'm not a fan of jap anything...but NGK is worlds above champion. I'd feel bad for my lawnmower for thinking about putting a set in it .lol

Use Bosch, Autolite or NGK. Copper core on the top bank, Iriduim on the lower.
