I recently bought a truck from a complete moron who lived ON daytona beach. I grew up in MN and never seen this much corosion on electrical components in my life. With that being said I have replace almost everything electrical, dash, OD switch, multiple pigtails and the fusebox under the hood. I have a good shift from 1-2-3 and no attempt to 4 or OD. I replaced the pressure transducer, pressure sensor and the OD and lock-up solenoids. I put new pigtail on tranny, speed sensor, and new coolant temp sensors (both of them) I've seen where some threads say something about a trans fuse but I have not seen anything but a trans relay(new). This is a 97 ram 1500 laramie 5.9 4x4 with a 98 engine. The tranny pan and filter were very clean with just a little dust on the magnet. I've trace wires and just want to know where else I may look since it don't even try to shift into 4 or OD. And the light on the dash works when you push the button but no rpm change or attempt. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Well now I at least have a code, its throwing a P0783 and a P040. I have already replaced all the sensors in the pan, and if I am getting a code then the ECM must be tring to shift into 4th but the trans wont go. Is there anyway to test the trans to see if the OD solenoid is actuating or trying to work? Also if the trans wont shift into 4th I'm assuming it wont skip it and go to lock up hence the TCC code? P.S. I think i have traced ever wire on the truck and all the connections either test good or have been replaced to test good
