I had to have another transmission put in my 01 and since then I've had to take it back for "fine tuning" and I'm going to have to take it in again for another shifting problem. I don't use the 4L gear however I think when they put in the replacement transmission, it's not in there correctly as when I put it in 4L, the shifter seems like it's hitting the front part of the console and doesnt fully allow the gear to engage. I want to bring this to their attention but I first want to make sure I'm not crazy. Like I said, I've never really used the 4L gear but I'm quite sure it shouldnt be engaging how it is.
