I need to know if all 2nd generation 5.2 use the same throttle body. I thought I read somewhere they do but on Summit Racing website says in for '94 and '95 ( Holley 112-555) and one for '96-'01 (Holley 112-557). What's the difference?

I think its a cfm difference not the throttle body itself. But both should work.

Do you know if you have to adjust the computer idle for the 318? I had a 01' Dakota with the 4.7 that you needed to adjust the computer idle to install a throttle body spacer.

I don't think so? Most things I seen the computer will learn.

I don't know the specifics, butit's no coincidence that the split in models reflects the OBD I (thru 1995) and OBD II (1996 and up). As stated, don't know the difference. Could be minor, maybe not.
