My 98 Ram 1500 doesn't seem to kick down or something when I try to pass people, also when I first start it everytime it runs rough if I try to go it misfires and backfires. HELP!!!!!!!

Come on Folks, this is my 1st Dodge some of Y'all are "Dodge Gurus" so why can't someone point me in the right direction to Cure this issue.....

Do a tune up (cap/rotor plugs wires). See if the tv(throttle valve) cable is mis adjusted. Any codes?

I've done a Tune up, even replaced the Crank sensor and Cam sensor. Throttle moves Smooth. No check engine light but it showed code P0133 I believe. Which is:: Basically Slow Response from O2 Sensor.
