5 channel amp install

I have a RF prime 600r 5 ch amp that I am wanting to install with 4 infinity speakers in doors and probox with two Memphis 12" 4 ohm subs. Any way to do this with this amp? Headunit has front and rear RCA outputs and one sub output. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
