60-1 Turbo

I would think that it would be on the small side for a Hemi.

I'm thinking the same thing. I would use it in a dual setup in a heartbeat, and it is a 550hp capable turbo, but I don't know how it would act with it's spool characteristics on the hemi. But, it is a $1k turbo, and I already own it, so I figured I'd ask around. I also contacted AGP, but haven't heard back from them, yet.

have you looked at the compressor flow map for the turbo to see where the engine would fall? Have you considered remote mounting instead of manifold mounted? Might be something to look into. And easier to fabricate.

A T60-1 will work with a .96 housing, but just barely. This is what came with my STS kit way back then.

Okay. So, a .82 would surge and crap. And no, I have not looked at the compressor mapping. I would rather leave that to someone that know what they are looking for. And, whether remote mounting or manifold mounting, it still flows the same. Just might lag a little more remote mounted. Thanks, though. I appreciate the input.
