8" lift on a 2006 dually with 40 inch tires

Just looking to rig the truck up with an 8 inch lift and throw some 40's on her. Just wondering what the bigger picture would look like. I heard it would need the kit, a longer front driveshaft, and maybe some other minor things to make it work. Thoughts? Advice? Ignore the bumper if ya can. Im gonna build a different one.
