So I picked up a 98 3500 with the V10 and a 5 speed in it. Unfortunately I came across cylinder 2 with a broken intake valve. What kind of cams, lifters, pistons, injectors etc. have people put in it as I use it to tow my 5th wheel camper and would definitely like to pull some more HP and torque out of it while I have the motor being sent out.
