With the A/C on today I noticed that the air was significantly colder on the driver side than the passenger side. The driver side provides a good cold quickly so I don't think that the A/C system is low on freon. Wondering what the issue could be.
Well after some research on the web I may have found a possible culprit. It looks like the blend door may be the problem. Does anybody here knows if this is a labor intensive job to do?
Thanks
Al
I suggest that you watch the 3 YouTube videos made by HeaterTreater, they tell you how to trouble shoot your ac/heater
There are also many other videos made by others who have fixed theirs
Well, it turned out to be just low in freon. I checked the pressure and found it to be a little bit the low side, put one recharge of freon and now everything is good.
Glad you got it fixed. I do remember reading somewhere that the Rams are very picky about the refrigerant charge level and that too little or too much could easily affect the system.
