Those are nice. 17in i take it? And they'll fit 2003-2019 1500 models with the 5 lug. They'll also fit dakotas/mitsubishi raider 2005+, and durangos/chrysler aspen 2004-2009.
Dodge sold trucks in the UK? (sorry I'm ignorant about such things).

Yeah the ram rebel was bought new in 2016 and came with a spare set of alloys for winter/off-road tyres, but never used
