Anyone ever pull their cluster and get a look at it? Is the circuitry accessible on the back? I have been thinking about pulling mine and taking it to a local electronics repair place. A buddy of mine had an engine control unit go bad on his boat. He took it to them and they cracked it open and found a faulty electronic component. Fixed it very easily and didn't even charge him!! If the problem is electronic rather than some mechanical part and the circuitry is accessible I am almost certain they could fix it.

Mine has been working more often than not here lately but it' still sporadic...works and then doesn't. Maybe the cold weather affecting it? I dunno. I go on evening shift the week after next so I may try to get mine out and to the electronics place that week. I still feel confident that they can fix it.
