Anyone remove the B window pillar vinyl trim from a 2021 Ram Laramie Sport yet?

Just got my Laramie and want to peel the vinyl off to see the body color, assuming it's the same as my 2014. Flame red underneath the black vinyl?

It’s been done a lot on the fourth gens and I’m sure it’s not much different on the fifth gens. The vinyl just covers up the red on that part of the truck. The black trucks don’t have the vinyl because the pillar is already black. You could warm it up with the sun or carefully use a heat gun to help you remove it.

I want to wrap mine, and just ordered some piano black wrap! I do not like the factory wrap because of it being flat black. I mean the tinted windows are glossy black, and so should the pillars!

I did this on my previous GMC Sonoma and love the look with glossy black tying the tinted windows together.

But to answer the OP… I have not tried removing any factory wrap. But a little heat should help get it going.
