Does anyone on here have any experience appealing a warranty denial? Ram is trying to deny my warranty after the transfer case exploded and caused about 20k in damage, they are saying because I have a leveling kit and no proof that I did the drive line fluid changes, which I did. It should also be noted that the owners manual calls for the fluid changes only if "a fleet vehicle, police vehicle or excessive towing", non of which apply to my vehicle. Any advice would be appreciated.

Leveling kit might hurt you.
Even though it doesn't change the front driveshaft angle much, it does change it.

Might have to get a lawyer involved in the end.

BS a levelling kit will explode a transfer case. My dad had a new 1980 4x4 Blazer where the main shaft inside the transfer case snapped and destroyed the insides in less than a year old, and thats without him using 4 wheel drive. It was shown later that there was metal fatigue (weak metal).
